When a woman gains skills, confidence and financial independence, the effects ripple through her entire family and community. Anumay Foundation works with adolescent girls and women to help them find their voice, their income, and their place as leaders in their own lives.
In many of the communities we serve, women and girls face limited access to education, financial independence and decision-making power within their households. Early marriage, restricted mobility and lack of exposure to opportunity keep many capable women from realising their full potential. Breaking this cycle takes more than one intervention — it takes sustained support and community-level change.
